Before you start your application please ensure you have the following ready.

To apply for a place at St Catherine of Siena Catholic Primary School, please complete the online Application for Enrolment form for each child with a copy of your child’s birth certificate & Immunisation history. 

Please upload the following documents while completing the form if applicable,

• Copy of applicant’s passport along with proof of visa for temporary resident and permanent resident families

• Most recent School reports and NAPLAN results - Required for applications Grade 1-6

• Court orders including family court orders and intervention orders
